Per-message billing penalizes growth and turns every DC expansion into a cost spike. Our tiers are sized by document volume — you know what you owe, we eat the fluctuations.

What if my volume grows past the tier? Open +

Tiers 1 and 2 include overage at $0.15 per document. When overage becomes a meaningful line item, we move you up — no penalty, no retroactive charges.

Can I add other trading partners later? Open +

Yes. The EDI module is designed to coexist with the rest of the BOS Platform — Walmart, Amazon, Target, Kroger, Meijer, and others share the same agent and order-routing layer. Additional partners are priced as add-ons when you're ready.

Is BOS Platform subscription required? Open +

Essentials and Professional include the minimum BOS capabilities needed to run the EDI pipeline. Enterprise customers typically pair this with a full BOS subscription to unlock agents, automations, and the 7 Dynamics dashboard — we'll walk through the fit on the call.
